Dementia Resilience offers clinic-based occupational therapy tailored to your unique strengths and circumstances.

 

Using a dementia rehabilitation framework, these sessions aim to amplify your abilities to participate in what is important to you and connect you with other essential supports to help you live well at home with dementia.

The first session includes:

  • Goal setting

  • Functional cognitive assessments

  • Planning tailored therapy based on your needs.
